Juggling is a state of arrested decay:

A pattern woven through time and space that is constantly falling apart only to be rebuilt in the same moment. It is about taking what you can hold in your hands and building with it, no matter the difficulty or frustration—a never-ending puzzle humans have always played.  Through the use of innovative juggling props filled with sand or formed entirely of ice, we will explore the relationships humans form with the objects we use every day. As humans, we spend our days making objects jump through hoops to achieve our goals, universally taking delight in a good throw caught well.

Throughout the performance, a sand painting will be composed, created, and destroyed. Specially designed juggling props allow sand to slowly spill out, creating an ethereal environment where every throw becomes an explosion of color.

This can be staged as a ten minute, thirty minute, or an hour long performance. Additionally, the creation of the sand painting can be done as a two to four hour performance art installation.      This performance has garnered international acclaim, including the 2014 world championship of  juggling awarded by the International Jugglers Association.
